About Me:
Hi, I’m Callum 👋, just back from travelling and working abroad in Australia. I’m moving to London for work and looking for a house share.

I’m active and outdoorsy (gym, boxing, golf), but also enjoy chilled evenings cooking, watching films, or heading out for food/drinks. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, but also keen on a house that feels like a home, not just four walls.

What I’m Looking For:

Budget: up to £800–£950 pcm (bills included)

Areas: Clapham, Brixton, Shoreditch, Walthamstow (open to similar lively areas in Zones 2–3)

Housemates: Friendly, sociable, professionals or post-grads, ideally who like to hang out together sometimes (pub, Netflix, house dinners), but also respect personal space.

Move-in: By early to mid-April (flexible if earlier/later works).
