Interested in Room | Budget £600pm

Hello! 🤗

I’m looking for a room to rent sometime in the next month or two - but I’m flexible for the right place and able to move sooner than 17th of June. My maximum budget is £600-£650 per month, bills included if possible.

I’m moving as my current landlord is selling their property. Ill be looking for a space that feels good for both my wellbeing and creativity.

A Bit About Me:
- I work full-time as a technician at Halfords, fitting dashcams and electronics into vehicles.
- I’m also a musician in a folk band, and we rehearse at home on Fridays around 10am for a couple of hours; it’s light, acoustic, and friendly, nothing loud or disruptive.
- I’m currently a radio producer and presenter at Jorvik Radio, and I run Know York LGBT+, an LGBTQ+ community platform. I also assist with social media for multiple community organisations and help with other local initiatives.
- I’m social, creative, and respectful of other people’s space. I love skateboarding, cooking, and keeping good energy in the home.
- I’m looking to live with open-minded, kind people -> bonus points for those who enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal!

🏡 What I’m Looking For:
- A clean, friendly, and LGBTQ+ inclusive household
- Respectful housemates who are cool with music for a couple of hours on Fridays
- Ideally within reach of York and my work locations
- Long-term preferred, but flexible if the match is right
- Open to mixed or all-female house shares
