Hi, I'm Paresh – a 30 year-old professional male, working as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Chemistry university of Oxford. Currently I am staying near osney arm house botley. I m looking to move from 17 th Januanry . I want to stay till May 16 as per my contract in university of Oxford, extension possible. I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay, ideally suited for someone with an academic lifestyle.

I’m kind, helpful, and very respectful of others' space. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or host parties. My lifestyle is calm and quiet – perfect for a peaceful home environment.
