Friendly couple looking for double room

Hi there! We are Theo (28) and Hamza (31), and we're looking for a spacious double room in a clean and peaceful house share. We're both friendly, considerate people, and respectful of others' space and privacy.

We enjoy living in a quiet and well kept home - we're not party people - and would like to live with others with similar values. We also love cooking, so access to a good sized kitchen would be amazing to have :-)

Parking is a must have, as well as good connections to public transport.
We're currently located in Sutton SM1 and would like to stay relatively close to the area, no further than Wallington or Morden.

We've been living with a lovely family who are in the process of moving out and selling the house, so we need to unfortunately move out as well. The move out/in date is flexible on our side - we've just started searching, but would be able to pack up quickly if the fit is right.
