Room Wanted From 30th August 2025

Hi, I’m Zuhair, 24, currently working full-time as a Patient Coordinator at a fertility clinic near St Paul’s. I’m based in Barking at the moment and looking to move to a better place with an ensuite private WC and shower.

I'm looking for an ensuite in Barking, with walking distance to Barking station. My budget range is £700-£950 per month, inclusive of all the other bills.

I have a stable income and can comfortably afford rent. I don’t smoke or drink, and I prefer a quiet, peaceful home. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and generally keep to myself, though I’m always happy to have a friendly chat now and then.

I don’t usually have visitors. My girlfriend, who also lives in Barking, may come by occasionally after work for a few hours, but there would be no overnight stays and we are both very considerate and quiet.

I’m specifically looking for a clean ensuite room with a private bathroom. I’m planning to move in around 12 May and can be flexible if needed. I can also provide references.
