Looking for a midweek base for 2-3 nights per week

I grew up in London but am currently commuting from Devon each week for work.
I’m looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay for two or three regular nights (Monday-Wednesday).
I am easy going and treat peoples homes as I would my own. I work fairly long hours so appreciate a calm environment and a comfy bed at the end of the day.
Happy to be social on occasion or respect other’s privacy. Good transport links are a must but options for parking would also be useful too.
