Environmental professional looking for home!

I am searching for place in Bristol as I look to move from Leamington Spa. I’d love somewhere sunny, ideally with some funky architecture or interior features and with a nice communal living space.
I’m social but also love my downtime. I’ve a few friends around the city, but am hoping to find people to live with who are easy-going and friendly, who reciprocate responsibility for shared spaces and goods so that everyone does their bit. Anyone living with me should expect to smell delicious stuff coming from the kitchen, some deep chats in the evening, and many good books to borrow :)
