ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Maya, a music student in at ICMP (Institute of Contemporary Music Performance) in Kilburn. I also work part-time near Wembley Stadium, so I'm looking for a room in the NW6/NW10 area — ideally Kilburn, Queens Park, Kensal Rise, Willesden Green, Dollis Hill, or nearby.

I'm reliable, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm used to house sharing — I've lived in a shared house with three others for the past year and genuinely enjoy the social side of communal living, while also being mindful of everyone's need for peace and quiet.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
• A private double room in a shared house
• Shared amenities: kitchen, bathroom, living room — a garden would be a bonus!
• Bills included preferred
• Available from June 2026
• Budget: up to £800/month (bills included)
• NW6, NW10 or NW2 — within 30 mins of Kilburn and Wembley

ABOUT ME AS A HOUSEMATE
I'm tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I respect quiet hours and common areas. As a music student I spend a lot of time at college or in practice rooms, so I'm not at home all day. I'm happy to fit in with whatever house routines are already established.
