Hi, my name is Geeneth Jayawickrama. I’m a working professional and an accounting student currently based in London.

I’m looking for a comfortable and quiet room in Zones 1–4 with good transport links to Central London. Easy access to public transport is important for me due to my work and university schedule.

I lead a busy lifestyle, so I’m usually either at work or at university. Because of that, I’m a very clean, respectful, and low-maintenance tenant. I value a peaceful and tidy living environment and always make sure to keep shared spaces clean and organised.

I’m friendly and easygoing, but I also respect personal space and privacy, both mine and others’. I don’t host parties, so I’m ideally looking for a calm household with like-minded people.

My budget is around £450 per month, and I would ideally prefer a place with a low or no deposit if possible. However, I’m open to discussing options for the right place.

In my free time, I like to relax, stay active, and focus on personal development. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I’m looking for a place I can stay long-term.
