26F and flatmate want third flatmate ✨

My current flatmate (f, 28) and I are trying to move into a 3 bedroom! My flatmate is a work from home professional and I’m a graduating master’s student. We are both clean and very friendly (we love a yap and a hang). We are creatives, love travelling, and love a little drink and night out.
We’re currently looking at a 3 bedroom flat in Stratford (Maryland) that’s around 800-900 in rent (per person), well connected, and with a living room and garden .
