Single/double en-suite in Norwich - no deposit

Hello,

My name is Paulina - I am relocating from the Lake Districts to Norwich and looking for a flexible short term layover place to stay between 2-5 weeks until I can view and rent a larger property for myself. No deposit, but happy to pay the first weeks rent upfront to hold the room.

Working for principal contractor as an Environmentalist on the local A47 Thickthorne Junction construction scheme, so will be out most of the day Mon-Fri. Weekend access and off or on road parking needed. Broadband (internet) is an essential requirement.

Ensuite preferably, or shared with females only. No smoking, quiet and tidy place, do not mind pets but cats are definitely preferred.

An in-person viewing unlikely due to travel journey time, however, I am happy to go off photos and descriptions, and arrange for introductory phone/video call.
