Friendly professional looking for an ensuite room

About Me:
Hello! I’m Isatou, I’m in my early 20s, easy-going, tidy, and sociable, but I also really appreciate my own downtime and a calm home vibe.

I’ll be working office hours on campus, so I’d love to find like-minded people to buddy up with and rent a nice house or flat near the university — places like Rusholme, Victoria Park, Fallowfield or anywhere within walking distance really appeal to me, I also don't mind the city centre or Salford as long as it is within my budget and there's great transport links.

I enjoy activities like going to the cinema, pottery painting, exploring the city, museums, new restaurants, casual nights in watching different shows and movies; and I’m always up for a good chat but also respect people’s space. Ideally looking for housemates who are friendly, respectful, and up for keeping the place clean and comfortable for everyone.

What I’m Looking For:
✨ 1–2 other young professionals or postgrad students
✨ Ideally non-smoking indoors
✨ Respectful of shared spaces
✨ Budget up to around £750 pcm including bills (but if I can find something for less it would be ideal)
✨ Move-in from mid to late August. My current contract ends in September.
I also really want an ensuite if possible.
