Looking for 2 single/double rooms in a female flat

Hi,
We are Linh (29) and Frankie (26), 2 Data Analysts in central London (WFH 2-3 days/ week).

We are currently looking for 2 single/double rooms in a house/ flat share in Zone 2 areas that are commutable to central London within 1 hour (Blackfriars, Bank or London Bridge stations), hoping to move around the end of April. Our budget are up to £850 per person, inclusive of bills. We would prefer a female flat/ house but are also happy to share in a balance mix of female and male.

We would prefer rooms with space for desks and chairs, as we would spend lots of time on laptops.

We are clean, tidy and easy to live with. We generally will keep to ourselves and our rooms, but happy for chats in common spaces.
