Hi, I am currently living in a lovely house in Mile End, but sadly the property is being sold. Therefore, I am looking for a new place to call home from around the end of May (the exact date is flexible).
I'm looking for a single or a double room in zones 1-3, ideally in an LGBTQ+ flatshare with other male flatmates.
Good STORAGE space, strong water pressure, a clean and tidy environment and a pet-free house would be a massive bonus!
My budget is up to £1,000(ish)pcm including all bills.
A bit about me:
Having been a professional in real estate finance for over 10 years, I've recently finished my postgrad and am currently looking to land a role in London. I hold a valid visa with the Right to Rent until December 2027.
I'm easy-going, down-to-earth, tidy, clean and quiet. I'd love to socialise with flatmates and am very respectful of personal space at the same time.
To make things perfectly smooth and secure for the landlord, I'm willing to pay up to 6 months' rent in advance.
