Prof gay male seeks short-term let in E&C area

Hey,

My name's Dan and I'm an easy-going, friendly gay guy looking for short term accommodation from mid-March while I'm between properties.

I own a flat in Clapham which I've recently rented out, hence my need to move.

I work as a Director at a PR agency in town and have a side-hustle I'm trying to get off the ground. My work routine is hybrid - 2/3 days in the office. Generally when I wfh, I don't like to spend the whole day at home - I'll decamp to a coffee shop somewhere for a change of scene.

I'm looking for a room with space for a desk (or a desk already in it) and a bathroom.

I'm active and get out a lot, mainly to the gym, fitness classes, meeting friends for coffee, shopping and going for dinners, drinks, the occasional club night..

I'm into design and interiors, music, movies and a big foodie. I like to cook when I get time and enjoy cooking for friends/flatmates.

I am very clean and tidy, but not OCD about it.

Overall, I'd consider myself an easy-going, drama-free guy who likes a laugh with friends, is mature and respectful.

I'm looking specifically in the Elephant & Castle / Camberwell areas as that's where my friends / gym are.
