Professional looking for a place

Hi, I'm looking for a new home. I'm a young professional in the financial services industry who prides myself on being clean, sociable and considerate.

I work from home two times a week so I will need to have access to a desk and chair, can bring my own but even better if you have already.

I'm looking for a place with a good commute to Liverpool Street/Moorgate Station. I have a bias for the Elizabeth line but open to other options with a good commute.

I'm open to a house share but no more than 3 rooms (including mine), please.

If you are planning to sublet, you need to let me know whether or not your primary landlord is aware.

I bring great vibes and will appreciate any help with a new place.
