26 looking for double room in sociable house share

Hellooo! My names Madi and I’m theatre director/community manager at a theatre in London (wfh a couple days a week!). Lived in Brighton for a year and a half, am currently in Streatham and am looking for a friendly sociable house that’s either in South/East but with good transport links to SW for work. Love to go walking/sea swimming/do pottery/cafes/pubs etc. Max budget including bills £1000. Can be flexible a few weeks to a month either side of moving date of March 15th, just looking for the right place. Happy to buddy up or to just find somewhere looking for someone to fill a room.
