Need a Very Good Room

Dear Landlords and Lettings Agents,

I am looking for an accommodation space (ensuite or house share) which charges £300 - £525 per calendar month or £100 - £140 per week.

I am okay with signing a contract until December 2026.

Preferable locations: Hyde Park, Woodhouse, Headingley, or Leeds City Centre

The conditions that I have are as followed: -

(1) I am looking for a move-in within June itself, preferably from 1st June 2026 onwards.

(2) The accommodation must have all-bills included package (including council tax). It must also contain a washer/dryer and a microwave.

(3) I am happy to get my own bathroom or I can use a bathroom in a shared house facility which has a maximum of two tenants using the washroom on the same floor.

Bathrooms: Ensuite, or Shared (maximum of 2 tenants on 1 floor in shared)
