Warm, tidy professional looking for a flat share

Hello!

My name is Johanna, I'm 33 years old and originally from Finland, but have lived in the UK for over 5 years, and prior to that in various other countries. I work in Brighton on a clinical trial at the university of Sussex. I work home part-time but will be away 2-3 days a week and quite some weekends as well. I'm a very considerate roomie - I like to share space and have the occasional catch up, and perhaps from time to time, a dinner, but I mostly like to live in quite a solitary fashion doing my own thing and focusing on work.

I am very tidy and organised, and can't really handle general chaos so I would very much like to live with folks with similar standards. I like to look after my space, plants and animals (yes, I'm open to both cats and dogs, if you have them!)

I'm a big reader, and I'm quite nerdy when it comes to all things psychological, societal, philosophical and esoteric! I love a good conversation around those. I don't smoke, but if I was go live with an occasional smoker, I don't mind that as long as they don't smoke inside of the house.

I am vegan, and would love to live with someone who is at least veggie, but if you're a considerate carnivore and don't mind me having my own cooking utensils, that'd be fine as well.
