Looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to share a light, spacious 2-3 bed flat or house in a peaceful area with great transport links.

I’m a professional and my interests are music, wellness, travel, fitness and good coffee. I’m looking for someone clean (happy to get a cleaner fortnightly), who values both connection so we can be friends but also appreciates their quiet & alone time.

I’m an early bird working the standard 5 days a week in a hybrid setting :)

💷 Rent: £850+ (excluding bills)
📍 Location: Within easy reach of the city, gym & green spaces. Parking (permit is okay) for my car.

I work from home 3 days a week so the 3rd room will be a study we can share :)

I would like to find a house mate by the 1st of April and find a place and confirmed by the 15th of April. Move in date 16th of May.
