I’m a 32-year-old working professional — quiet, respectful, and tidy — and I’m looking for a comfortable and well-kept household to join. I’m available to move from 05/03/2026 and am hoping to secure something within a budget of £300/400 per month.

Ideally, I would prefer bills to be included, but I’m happy to discuss options. I’m open to sharing with male or female housemates of any age, and I value a friendly, considerate living environment where everyone respects each other’s space.
