49 yr old Male, Clean,Tidy and Respectful.

Hi, I'm Dai 49, Looking for a quiet place with no hassle, Prefer Crosshands area but open to suggestions, I work full time Monday to Friday and the odd Saturday, I do own a car and a work van so parking is a must, Prefer not to be in a busy household with loads of people, No kids as im not a kiddy person, I'm single and childless, Must have tumble dryer for the winter months, I get paid monthly so I'd pay cash each month, Iv been in my previous household in Crosshands for the last 5 yrs, House is on the market is the reason for me looking, I'm not new to lodging as iv been doing it on and off the last 20 odd yrs so I know how things work, If you have a nice warm quiet house and want a no hassle lodger then give me a shout, Yes I do smoke but iv never done it in anyone's house and would never do that anyway.
