Room or buddy up

Hello. I’m looking to find somewhere I can call home. I’d like to share but am also looking at studios.
I’m a considerate & clean tenant, I’ve recently moved from Bristol where I rented privately from the same person for 20 years. I like cooking and relaxing on my days off, I’m happiest near nature even if that’s in a garden, I’m a garden designer currently working in Cornwall. I like to live with a good balance of time to myself and shared tv time, or playing a board game or game of cards.
My daughter lives in Cornwall so it’s important she can pop by for a visit once in a while.
