Looking for a room asap

Hi, I’m looking for a room or studio in Nottingham (ideally NG5 / near City Hospital) as soon as possible.

I’m 20 and starting a new job at Nottingham City Hospital soon, so I’m looking for a stable long-term place.

I’m open to both studios and house shares, as long as it’s with respectful, chill housemates and a clean, comfortable home environment.

I also stream as a hobby in my room, so I’d need a space that can fit a decent desk setup and allow me to work/game from my room. I always respect house rules and quiet hours.

I’m a clean, tidy and responsible tenant, and I can move quickly. I’m also happy to provide references and can pay a few months’ rent in advance if needed.
