Ensuite Room Wanted

Hi! I’m moving to the area for work and I’m looking for an ensuite room. I don’t mind a houseshare at all as long as the room is ensuite, and I’m someone who values my privacy and will always give you the same in return. I’m clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty quiet during the week. If the place has a comfortable setup and an ensuite, I’d be very interested. I’m also open to a studio as long as it’s within my budget.
