Room Wanted..

Hello People/ Lanlords,

I am keen on a room and am able to move in within 7 days notice. I have a months deposit OR 1 months advance ready asap. After that it is on DSS (housing benefits) that will get paid directly to your account every month. . Ideally somewhere in Central or South Manchester...say Withington, Levenshulme, MRI, Stretford or going as far as Northenden.

Budget is as follows... 1 bedroom £775 per month...2bedroom £875 per month (all coming from DSS) I do work part time (UPS worldwide) but DSS will be my primary method of paying rent.

I speak fluent English and French...Belgian National. I am well travelled Belgium, EU, USA and UK (currently)
