PhD Student Looking to Share an Apt

Hi There

I'm looking to share a flat around central Manchester for a year preferably close to the University whilst I do my PhD in Human Physiology and Longevity (Yes, I will give you the secrets to live to 100 too lmao).

I would like to live with someone who is pretty relaxed and interested in fitness (I myself am a bit of a gym rat and spend 5 days a week training), so ideally this is something you'd also be into. But I am chill if that also isn't your thing at all.

Apart from that I am a pretty avid gamer, researcher and sportsman (Sounds weird saying it like that sports man) anyway would be cool to have someone with the similar interests.

I am a pretty tidy individual, I guess you could say house trained (I'm beginning to sound a bit like a listing for a dog on the RSPCA) Regardless, I am pretty social as I will often chill with my housemates in the kitchen of an afternoon or weekend post work to decompress.

Even though my ad says PhD student, this is a full time salaried position so I would have normal working hours.
