Looking for a flatmate :) !

Hi, if anyone is interested in being my flatmate for The Lansdowne, B16 8FU (opposite Odeon), it's £1,265 pcm (equivalent of £634 per room; bills at max would be £200/pm pp – well, at least from now till November as it's starting to get warmer lol). Both rooms are en-suites; there is free WiFi in the building as well. Pets are allowed at £35 pm. There are no pictures of the bathroom and rooms, only the living room idk why but I've included a video of a 1-bed so you can kind of get the vibe. There is a reposit option, meaning it would be taken out of the rent £300 and the holding fee is £291
