Looking for Ensuite or studio apartment to Rent

I am seeking an ensuite or studio to rent in Coventry, preferably in the CV1 area, with immediate availability. I am currently overseas and planning to arrive by October 12th, so I want to secure accommodation before then. While I do not have a UK guarantor at present, I can arrange for one if required. I am also open to alternative arrangements such as upfront rent payment.

The ideal room should come with basic furnishings like a bed, desk, and storage, and have access to a washing machine and dryer. All bills must be included in the rent, including council tax. Good internet connection and access to essential amenities are also important.

My budget is between £400 and £500 per month. I am a responsible professional looking for a comfortable and peaceful living space.
