Friendly professional looking for quiet, cosy room

I’m a working professional with a stable job and salary. I’m looking for a comfortable quite room in a friendly, respectful household. Ideally with:

A quiet environment at night (after 10pm) so I can sleep well

Enough space for a double bed and storage

A clean kitchen with space for home cooking

I’m tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I get on well with landlords/housemates — I enjoy a quick hello or chat, but I’m also independent and like my own space.

Budget: £600–£800 pcm (ideally bills included)
Areas: Palmers Green, Southgate, Winchmore Hill, Bounds Green, Wood Green, Bowes Park.

Move-in date: Within the next 2 months (flexible if something comes up sooner).

A bit about me - I am also a landlord, so will respect your property, I have moved away from my home for work, I now live and work in North London near Alexandra Palace, I have worked at an Architecture Practice for the past 4 years and am relocating my accommodation because my landlord's children are returning home from traveling. I work in the office full time, I spend my weekday evenings either cooking, meditating, doing some art work, watching some TV or at Pilates. I like to go to bed around 10pm so am looking for a house that's not up late. Weekends are spend doing similar mixed with going out to see friends in Central London
