Looking for 1 bedroom/studio (long term)
Hi! I’m Silvia, 24, originally from Italy but lived in Germany half of my life, and living in London for the past 6 years. I’ve just started my job as a Research Technician at UCL, so I’m looking for a furnished 1-bed flat or a studio from early to mid January. Ideally long term for a yearly contract.
A bit about me:
I'm a tidy, responsible, and respectful tenant (non-smoker, no pets). I always leave a place clean and well looked after!
I love art, thrifting, and London's characterful spots (especially in Hackney: Broadway Market, Columbia Road, Camden market etc.).
I'm reliable with rent, happy to provide references and ID.
Budget: up to £1,800/month.
Preferred areas: Hackney, Hoxton, Cambridge Heath, Bethnal Green, or anywhere within 20-30 minutes bike ride to UCL Cruciform Building (Bloomsbury).
