PhD Scholar for 1 Bed Flat (Self Contained)

Hi Potential Letters,

Looking for a long term 1 bedroom flat (no shared accomodation), ideally for 3 years for the entire duration of my PhD. Moving in anytime after a month from now and have a budget of 750pcm. I would like to arrange a deal with landlords directly. Please help!

Requirements: near University of Leeds or on a easy bus route, double room + open plan living, south facing, quiet space. 💗🌹🌺
