Hi!

We’re a professional couple looking for a clean and comfortable place to rent.

• I’m Arun, working as a Software Engineer at Cognizant.
• My girlfriend works as a Loan advisor at SJP

We’re both full-time professionals, quiet, tidy, and respectful of others’ space. We enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and relaxing after work. Non-smokers and no pets.

What We’re Looking For:
• A double room or studio flat suitable for two people
• En-suite preferred (or private bathroom)
• Furnished with essential amenities (bed, wardrobe, table, etc.)
• Access to a kitchen
• Parking space or nearby street parking
• Reliable Wi-Fi (as we occasionally work from home)

Location & Budget:
• Around Cirencester
• Budget: up to £1000 per month
• Ready to move in now, ideally for 3 to 6 months with the option to extend

We’ll take good care of the property and pay rent on time.
