Looking for a housemate and a house

I’m looking for a modern apartment — something clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen and bathroom. An ensuite would be great, but it’s not a dealbreaker as long as the place looks good and feels homely.

As for me, I’m a clean and tidy person. I like to play music on speakers sometimes, especially when cleaning or doing chores, but I’m always happy to turn it down if it bothers anyone. I tend to be quite reserved at first and don’t talk much, but once I get comfortable (which can take a little while), I do open up more.

I really value understanding and open communication — if something ever bothers you, I’d prefer you just talk to me about it. I’m open-minded and happy to work things out together. The only thing that really gets to me is mess to the point of mould or piles of dirty dishes sitting around for weeks — that’s just not my thing. Other than that, I’m very chill and easygoing to live with.
