Looking for a Studio / 1-Bed /Quiet Room in Newham

I am looking for a self-contained studio, a small 1-bed flat, or a quiet room in Newham.

My budget is up to £1,000 per month including all bills, however I am open to discussing a higher price for the right, well-maintained and calm property.

I prefer a quiet, clean and respectful home with a small number of people and a peaceful living atmosphere.

I am calm, tidy and responsible. I do not smoke indoors (only outside), I have no pets, and I always pay my rent on time. I lived in my previous home for over 7 years.

I am easy to communicate with, respectful of others and the property. I am looking for a long-term home.

I can move as soon as needed and pay rent by bank transfer.
