Seeking rental in easy-going, friendly house share

Hi hi, I’m Kate! I’m Irish and currently completing a Master’s in Health Science. I’m looking for a calm, friendly, and easy-going home where everyone feels comfortable and at ease. I have experience with house sharing, so I really value a harmonious environment - somewhere that feels like a place to relax and unwind, and where everyone feels welcome in the shared spaces.

I’m hoping to find a home with open, respectful communication - not one where things feel overly controlled or territorial. I appreciate living alongside people who are happy doing their own thing, while also being open to the occasional catch-up over a cuppa or shared meal. I value a good balance between sociability and independence, and I’m mindful of others’ space.

I’m friendly, tidy, and enjoy spending time outdoors - especially tennis, surfing, camping, hiking, and cooking. My budget is £850 per month (flexible for the right fit).
