Interested in a double room

Hi everyone,
My boyfriend (Dragoș) and I, are a financially stable, working professional couple currently searching for a double room to rent in South East London (SE) or East London (specifically the Shoreditch/Whitechapel area or nearby).
​We are specifically hoping to find a shared house that is relatively quiet and respectful. Our main preference is for a property with a garden or outdoor space. This is essential because we have an outdoor cat who absolutely loves to explore and spend time outside.
​We both are financially stable, full-time employment .We are clean, organised individuals who always pull our weight with household chores and respect communal spaces. We understand the importance of clear communication in a shared living environment. While we are friendly and enjoy getting to know people, we are not looking for a party house. We value a calm and relaxed home atmosphere after a long day at work.
​Interests: In my free time, i enjoy gardening and creating beauty products from scratch.

​Our cat is well-behaved and he is used to an outdoor lifestyle, having that safe access is our priority for his wellbeing. We are happy to discuss any concerns and provide excellent references for him.
