Single/box room wanted, Southall preferred

SWF , non religious, friendly and family oriented, easy to adapt with any cultural and religious background, looking for a single room to rent for single use (not sharing) Southall preferred, possibly walking distance to the station.
Iam happy in my current accommodation in Hayes, but too far for me to reach work , most of all in Central London.
Family home with children preferred any race, background and religion.
Need to use address, kitchen on occasions, laundry and wifi .
Privacy is required, and landlord has to agree with me being home all day when Iam off work , I only go out when I need to.
Rent will be paid weekly as my salary is paid weekly and by bank transfer, this is for my and your security and assurance.
I could consider other areas not above 100 per week, fair single/box room price.
No communal cleaning will be done, I will just clean my room and what I use.
Iam a MUA/BA for all major brands in department stores including Harrods.
