Nice guy looking for a flat

Hi! I’m Pablo, 28, originally from Spain and currently living in London. I work part-time in retail while finishing my final year of a Computer Science degree at Birkbeck University. I’m responsible, clean, easy-going and usually quite busy between the gym, work and uni, so I’m out of the house a fair bit.

I’m looking for a comfortable and well-connected room in East or Central London (Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs, Greenwich, Stratford, Limehouse, etc.). Ideally with good transport links and flatmates who are friendly, respectful and tidy.

What I value in a home:
• A clean and organised shared space
• Flatmates who are sociable but also respect privacy
• A calm place during the week (I study a lot)
• Good Wi-Fi for university work

Deal-breakers:
• No extremely messy environments
• No heavy-party flats

I’m easy to live with, always pay on time, and happy to join for chats, dinners or gym sessions, but I also respect everyone’s personal time. Looking to move as soon as possible.
