Couple Looking for Studio Flat / Ensuite Room

We are a respectful, tidy couple (aged 25 and 36) currently looking for a studio flat or a spacious ensuite room with a private bathroom with bills included. Ideally, we are also looking for a place with a small kitchenette, but we are open to sharing a main kitchen if needed.

We are hoping to find a peaceful, clean, and quiet home, either in a calm household or with considerate neighbours. A relaxed and respectful environment is very important to us.

Our preferences:

- Private bathroom (essential)
- Studio or large ensuite room with enough space for two people
- Ideally room for at least two wardrobes / storage
- Bills included
- Kitchenette preferred (but happy to share a kitchen if the household is quiet and clean)

We have most of our own furniture, so space is important. We are responsible, easygoing, and will take good care of the property.
