Fun fab flatmate from the end of May 2026

Hello!

I’m Max, 30, a working professional originally from Australia.

I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly share house in the inner north or east, ideally within a 30-minute commute of Holborn (where I work in community engagement). I’m mostly office-based but may work from home one day a week if space allows.

I’m tidy, respectful and pretty active. I enjoy a chat, a shared meal or a wine after work, but I also value downtime and a calm home environment. I’m hoping to find housemates who like hanging out occasionally while still appreciating their own space.

Ideally I’m after a double room in a clean, well-kept flat for six months or longer.

A bit more about me — I’m originally from New Zealand and previously called Melbourne home for 10 years. I love running and rowed with Melbourne’s queer rowing team 💜 I’ve got a small community in London already and would love to keep building it while exploring more of the city.

I’m a seasoned renter and very across both the spoken and unspoken house rules. I’ve been described as “lovely” and “a dream to live with” (their words, not mine!).

I’d love to join a professional, LGBTQIA+ friendly household.
