Working Professional Seeking Flat Share For 2026!

Hi!
I'm Abdulla, recently graduated from university and temporarily working as a Barista.

I am known for being a little too organised and thoughtful when it comes to clean living and would hope for the same attitude from my flat mates or the landlord (though it is not a deal breaker).

I am an aspiring singer and also avid musician and gamer so it would be highly appreciated if a little noise is acceptable from the room.
I would like to raise a cat of my own in the upcoming year if accepted, so pets being considered is kind but also not a deal-breaker.

My necessary room requirements is simply spacious.
Large enough for a fairly large PC custom setup I have built in 2025, as well as room for instruments like a piano and guitar. If the room is unfurnished and only a single bed exists in such a space,, this is ideal for me too.

I am generally a very negotiable individual and happy to communicate consistently for any concerns that require my attention from you.
