Hi I am Kev, I've just moved back to the Somerset area.
I am Single.
I am actively looking for work & I have the deposit and a month's rent in advance and I also have a reference from my landlord.
Initially my rents will be from benefits, but that means I will always have the rent payments on time.
I am really interested in viewing any Flats or rooms.
I am quiet but social & can get on with practically anyone.
I have no children, pets or other dependants.
I don't smoke.
I am active & like to clean and tidy as I go so I am very clean and tidy.
I like to go gym 5 days a week and do weightlifting four days a week and do a 1hr 45 min fitness circuit once a week.
I like cooking from scratch (no ready meals or nasties), I like Amazon, Netflix, Festivals, Pubs now and then, Films and more.
