Young professional looking for a friendly place

Hi, I'm Aaron (24), a full-time professional looking for a tidy double room in the south of Cambridge.

I'm clean, respectful and easy to live with. I work full-time in Clinical Trial so I'll be mostly out during the day with some work from home.

I enjoy the gym, outdoors, pub and relaxed evenings, and I'm sociable but also very mindful of people's space. I don't smoke, have no pets, and I'm ideally looking for a friendly, well-kept home near Addenbrookes hospital.

I would love for larger desk as I work hybrid but I can put one in if space allows. I have a bicycle that I ride every day, so a safe covered place would be ideal :)
