Looking for room to let in Leeds

Hi everyone, I'm Ben and I'm looking for a room to let in Leeds for a minimum of 6 Months. I currently live in Leeds but looking to move a closer to the city centre.

A bit about me: I'm 22, a consultant working in the city centre. I'm originally from Cambridge but also have links to Guildford and Sheffield. I usually spend my weekends in Sheffield with my partner but occasionally spend the weekends in Leeds, or back home in Cambridge. In my personal time I like to read and game, but I also love sports - mainly Pool/Snooker and casual football, but I'm always happy to do anything active. I'm looking for a good group of friendly flatmates, who are respectful and tidy - sociability is a plus!

A few of the non-negotiables for me (please don't message if they don't follow!)
- Must be sharing with professionals only, preferably all in their 20s
- Must be a double en-suite room
- Must have bills included and be no more than 700pcm.
- No more than a 20 minute walk from the city centre.
