Urgent Seeking Homeless
I’m currently receiving benefits (LIMITED CAPABILITY TO WORK & Universal Credit), which include the housing element that would go directly towards my rent. I am homeless and have just finished process of moving on from YMCA accommodation — unfortunately, the hostel system has not been able to provide the long-term stability I was promised, and I’m now looking to rebuild my life in a more settled home.
I’m reliable, respectful, and ready to maintain a tenancy properly. I can provide references from my support worker at YMCA or from other professionals who know me. I’m also happy to provide all relevant documents, including proof of benefits and ID, and I would be open to rent being paid directly to you if preferred.
I would also like to add that I have privately rented within this same process before and would be more than capable of doing so again.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I’d be grateful if you could let me know whether you accept tenants who receive housing benefit or Universal Credit, and if a viewing might be possible.
Kind regards,
Cameron Joy
