I’m a 22 professional working in central Manchester. I work 9 to 5 and will work from home 2 days a week. I’m looking for a spare room or someone to buddy up with to find a place together. I’d love to live somewhere walkable to the city centre. I really like the style of apartments like Affinity Living, but I’m open to other options that feel modern and sociable.

My budget is between £600–£800 pcm, and I’m hoping to move in with someone who’s not just a flatmate but also up for being friends. Outside of work, I love running, gym, pilates , going to gigs and trying new restaurants and coffee houses. I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing, and I’d love to share a space that feels like home.
