Whole Flat/Studio Sought

Hi,

I am relocating to Sheffield from the south of England.
My current tennancy ends on 31st December due to the house being sold unexpectedly on a gaurdianship scheme 3 months after moving in.
I'm currently unemployed and on benefits due to health reasons and will be looking for part time work in my profession in British sign language.
I'm looking for a whole property to rent, ideally at least for 6 months.

In particular I'm looking for a place that has no damp issues, is quiet ( to work), secure, a safe area with good public transport services in walking distance. Not in the South East of Sheffield.

I'm more than happy to give more background information, Eg. Proof of health issues, qualifications, employment / volunteer history, references and contact details of current and previous landlords.

The rental cost would be negotiable and dependent on bills being included, Low or no deposit sought.
