Looking for social house share with outdoor area

Hey guys my name is Ralph, recently relocated to London and am looking for a place.

Looking for anything within zone 1 or also zone 2 south of the river. Ideally within a 15 minute cycle of Waterloo. Keen on a place that has a nice sized outdoor area, whether that be a garden, large balcony or a roof terrace.

Would be cool to be in a house that host gatherings and get togethers, whether that be barbecues, dinners, poker nights, movie nights, parties etc

A bit about me: I’m 26, I work 5 days a week in the office in a tech sales role in Waterloo. I play football, train mma and enjoy going to techno and house music events in my free time. When I’m in the house I’ll usually be watching rugby or football. I’m also quite outdoorsy and always keen on a barbecue. I’m clean, very chill and easy to get along with.
