Professional looking for a room

Generally clean, polite, friendly and helpful professional. Looking for a long term stays (rent or buy) for working in around Manchester, Trafford and Salford. 20-minute walk to Metrolink tram station would be a plus. Generally "any room would do". Prefer a useable kitchen, washing machine, clothing dryer, clothing iron, etc. Prefer £800 maximum per month, lower if not all bills included, further lower if not fully furnished (please specify what bills and amenities are not included).
